Franciscan Physician Network is seeking two Board Certified/Board Eligible Occupational Medicine¬ physicians to join our team at Franciscan Physician Network Express Care & Working Well Hobart to meet the growing demand for services in Hobart, Indiana.


Ideal candidate will be DOT Certified, have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician must be able to see patients of all ages including children. Ideal candidate will be able to perform procedures such as suturing, I & D, splinting and foreign body removal.


  • Schedule: Four 10 hour days a week

    • Office hours: Monday ‚€“ Thursday, 8 a.m. ‚€“ 8 p.m. & Friday ‚€“ Sunday 8 a.m. ‚€“ 6 p.m.

  • No Call Expectation

  • Must be DOT¬  and MRO Certified or willing to become certified

  • Anticipated volumes for new provider is 30 ‚€“ 40 patients per shift

  • Common Diagnoses & Procedures

    • Work comp injuries

    • Urgent care visits

    • DOT physicals

    • Non-DOT physicals

    • Flu

    • Colds

    • UTI's

    • URI

    • Strains, sprains and fractures

    • Cuts and lacerations

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
