Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

- Well established not-for-profit 3 hospital system
- Office in Munster, IN
- Mon Fri
- 1 in 6 rotation
- 20-30 clinic patients per day 10-15 hospital patients per day
