Job DescriptionWe are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the nutraceutical industry.
One of our clients is looking to add a strong Sales Representative to their team.
Responsibilities include:
1) Build positive relationships and manage the customer experience from lead generation through purchase2) Research and analyze new business opportunities locally, nationally and abroad3) Practice exceptional customer service and address customer concerns, preparing any special documents requested4) Assist customers in building their business and growing sales5) Maximize the value of each customer by using techniques like upsells and automatic shipments6) Enter and maintain customer and account data into a corporate system7) Answer incoming calls and emails, process customer orders and manage product and pricing information requests8) Negotiate account terms and price structure9) Develop and implement sales strategies for outbound telemarketing and email campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team to develop special print and online promotional materials10) Serve as the expert and educator to customers on all products and services11) Provide weekly sales and lead generation reports measured against expected KPIs12) Communicate amongst departments to ensure product availability, special packaging requirements, and all legal regulations are met13) Attend sales events as required to generate leads and represent the company14) Establish and maintain the company presence on sales sites such as RangeMe15) Perform other duties as assignedCritical Requirements1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)2) Recent experience in the nutraceutical industry is strongly preferred3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in salesIf you are qualified and aspire to work for an excellent, established company whose employees believe in teamwork and make great contributions to the industry, then this could be a golden opportunity for you.
