Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician you will diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Maintain cleanliness on the premises Completing resident work orders Perform minor plumbing/mechanical/electrical repairs Wall/Drywall repair Install flooring, cabinetry, tub and surrounds as needed Prepare vacant units for leasing Grounds keeping Remove snow and spread salt on walkways and porches All applicants must have their own basic tools and have the ability to work diligently and complete projects on time and without direct supervision.
Must also have strong interpersonal skills.
Be friendly, courteous, and comfortable dealing with difficult situations and personalities.
Only applicants with maintenance experience will be considered.
