Duties:
Inspect manufactured parts for part compliance to prints, quality standards, and data sheets.
Completes spreadsheet of manufacturing defects found and determines root causes.
Assist in monitoring defects and implementing corrective actions.
Assist manufacturing personnel with QC procedures and practices.
Sort defective product and assist with disposition of product.
Audit inspection processes in manufacturing areas.
Inspect and document customer returns.
Performs other task as outlined by immediate Lead or Manager.
Wear mandatory PPE equipment and dress safely for the job.
Maintains good housekeeping of area.
Ensures that all equipment is performing safely and report any unsafe conditions or quality concerns to Lead or Manager.
