Job Description:
Counter Sales HOURS:
FT and PT 7am - 4pm or 10 am - 7pm , one weekend shift weekly, holidays RATE OF PAY:
$12-$15/hour depending on job duties, training, responsibilities Expectations:
Greet customers with a smile whenever in view Answer phone with a smile and Thank you for calling Marilyn's Bakery Work scheduled shift or find appropriate replacement Complete jobs, side work, daily records before leaving Keep a positive attitude, even when stressed, tired or not in the mood Accept responsibility for your actions:
acknowledge when you have done something incorrectly and how you can avoid that in the future Follow policies and procedures for a smoother running work environment Save phone calls, eating, long conversations, visiting with friends for breaks and lunches Prepare recipes with consistency and completely follow procedures Exercise confidentiality with regards to personal information and pay Contribute to providing customers with top quality product by checking product Complete walk-thru when you arrive to assure orders are identified and product is stocked
Responsibilities:
Serving customers with a pleasant attitude at all times - answering questions, handling complaints, answering the phone, taking accurate orders, and quality control product Keep all areas of sales and packaging clean and organized, including; equipment, bathrooms, floors, walls, corners, patio, tables, parking lot, and not limited to sweeping, mopping, dishes, deep cleaning.
Accurately taking order, setting aside orders, and delivering to customer Maintain displays according to procedures:
clean, organized, stocked, polished, uniform Packaging of product to ensure proper freshness, appearance, and minimize waste Accurately entering and handling of register and money Staying busy with any side work or help needed Wear appropriate uniform and hair restraints Completing duties before leaving including recording of wastes, inventory, sales Attend monthly meetings/seminars Working independently after training HOURS:
