As a part of our expansion, we are looking to find a driven, professional Assistant to the Office Administrator.
As an Assistant to the Office Administrator, you are a professional who is there to ensure that the Office Administrator has everything they need to get their job done across the organization's office.
Anything that plugs into our office, they are responsible for and you are there to support her and step in when asked from various tasks and support other departments.

The Assistant to the Office Administrator is responsible for:
Assess customer's needs to schedule appointments, pay attention to detail, and communicate with the warehouse on job status and orders.
Respond in a timely manner to email and phone calls Light office cleaning (Shared responsibility) Assisting Office Administrator in various projects Support Field Technicians with customer service This job offers 30 hours a week to start.
